Aston Martin has become synonymous with design excellence and the creation of their new design studio provides a fitting environment for the development of the next generation of production cars. Aston Martin currently have five models in their line-up; 20V8 Vantage, V8 Vantage Roadster, DB9 and DB9 Volante models and the recently unveiled flagship DBS model. All current models are manufactured at Aston’s Gaydon factory.
The V8 Vantage is the leanest and most agile car in Aston's lineup and is also the smallest of their sports cars. The Vantage is avaliable as a hard top coupe or as a convertible known as the ‘Vantage Roadster’. In May 202008, Aston Martin announced new technological updates for the Vantage, which included changes to the engine, transmission, suspension and appearance and in particular, included the option of Aston Martin’s acclaimed electro-hydraulic Sportshift transmission.
The DB9 is a full-blooded sports car and a hugely capable grand tourer.= 0 The DB9 Volante is the convertible alternative and both cars are powered by a hand-built 6.0-litre V12 engine. The DB9 Volante Convertible is classed as one of the most structurally rigid and best-handling convertibles in the world and both DB9 models received a facelift in 2008.
Aston Martin DBS is the newest of the company’s high performance sports cars. First seen in the 2006 James Bond film ‘Casino Royale’, the Aston Martin DBS went on to replace the Vanquish S as the flagship of the marque. The DBS is famed for its high level of performance, which is delivered, by the combination of its lightweight and near-perfect weight distribution and its supremely powerful V12 engine with six-speed transmission.
For the past four decades, Aston Martin has also been associated for its glamorous role in the James Bond films. Aston Martin’s long association between 007 films and the company began on screen with the silver DB5 that appears in Goldfinger (1964) and Thunderball (1965). In Casino Royale (2006), James Bond drives both the classic DB5 and the new DBS which is revealed to be his new company car. The DBS features twice in the James Bond films as it appears again in the opening chase sequence in Quantum of Solace.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
