The Audi A4 car is a family size executive saloon first launched in 1994. Since then two new generations of A4 vehicle have been produced with the most recent incarnation going on sale in 2008. Marginally bigger than it’s predecessor the new A4 has been completely redesigned and shares the same platform as the A5 Coupe as well as borrowing some of the A5’s sweeping lines. Internally Audi’s attention to the cabin is to the usual high standards. In an attempt to get more customers to choose an A4 over a Mercedes C Class, BMW 3 Series or Lexus iS, Audi have really tried to make the new A4 more exciting to drive especially against the BMW 3 Series which is the driver’s car of choice for it’s performance and handling.
