The Ford Fusion is similar to the Fiesta but with more headroom and luggage capacity. It comes with a choice of a 1.4 or 1.6 engine. The Plus trim comes with privacy glass and 16” alloys as standard.

This is one of the best cars I have ever owned, as I'm slightly disabled I needed one higher off the ground than a normal car, but not a jeep type one. It does all that I expect of it and sometimes a wee bit more.
Plenty of luggage and storage space, high enough off of the ground to get in and out of without any difficulty. Parking this car is absolutely magic especially for me as I'm a female and have back and neck problems.
Ashtray and ciggy lighter - I wish, the only improvement I can think of would be a trip switch inside the car to open the fuel cap, also a reversing sensor as standard.

The Fusion is a very good car as are all Ford makes. It is a bit different from your normal Fords and gives you a higher ride so that you can see more. It is more economical and is altogether better. It gives you lots of legroom and is really good to drive. If you have the automatic is is really easy to drive.
Lots of colours to choose from. You can have either manual or automatic. The seats are higher so that you have a more panormanic view of the countryside when you are driving.
More choice of colours, maybe unusual ones like Pink! A slightly bigger trunk so that women can put more shopping in. A button to press from the inside of the car when you are filling the petrol tnk up.

EXCELLENT CAR, EXCELLENT FEATURES PARTICULARLY HELPFUL BOOT FOR STORING DISABILITY EQUIPMENT AND BUGGIES ETC - MY OWN LITTLE TARDIS! GOOD ACCELERATION NOT THAT I GO THAT FAST OFFICER! AND COMFORTABLE DESPITE THE SHORT LEGS I OWN!
BOOT ROOMY SPACIOUS AND NO LIP TO LUG THINGS OVER! AUTOMATIC LIGHTS AND RAIN WIPERS. CD AND RADIO BUTTONS ON DRIVERS SIDE
HIGHER THRESHOLD AND SEAT FOR MY DISABLED HUBBY. BETTER VISABILITY I ALWAYS SEEM TO BE TRYING TO LOOK THROUGH THE PILLARS OF THE CAR.

The Ford Fusion is more practical than the Honda Jazz I used to own for everyday use. The rear seats fold flat to allow for extra van-like cargo space (ideal for visiting ikea). On the other hand, the ride and seats are quite hard, the interior also rattles when you hit a bump! The storage in the car is abit mediocre. There are places to store your items, but trying to get them to work is another matter. For instance the glove box only opens when yanked and the storage box on the dash board only opens with WD40. The Boot is decent being a low loader car, which is ideal for getting dogs in and out or lifting heavy items in with ease.
The Fusions main dials and controls are simple to use and large enough to read and operate easily. The stereo’s basic functions are mounted on the steering wheel for convenience, and the steering wheel also adjusts up and down.
The Ford Fusion cabin can adequately accommodate four average sized adults in OK comfort. Road and engine noise is kept to a minimal, but at times we do hear a wind noise coming from the windows. The car’s raised height is brilliant for my disabled husbund and gives us the extra height to see over hedges etc. on road junctions
- Ride and seat comfort
- Build quality
- Added comforts like heated seats, sat nav and a cool box

Nice shaped car, compact but big enough inside to fit three people comfortably in the backseat. Seats high enough to be able to see clearly out of the large windscreen. Large boot space and plently of leg room.
Lots of space inside the car, nice design on the outside. Large amount of room for the boot. Fits a family of five comfortably. Easy to manovere around with the power steering, nice touch of the radio which lasts without the engine running. Button for the boot in the front allows easy opening.
Change gears faster in automatic as sometimes it stays in a lower gear. Unable to use the central locking system as this only opens the driver door. The head restraints on the backseats do block the view a little.

We bought this car as our family was getting bigger. I found the car to be very good looking with plenty of space for our family. The car has great features like electric windows, air con, heated front windowscreen and cd/radio. The car is very comfortable with reclining seat and adjustable seat belts. Good fuel useage and cheap insurance group.
The boot space is my very favourite part, as I can fit in two childrens bikes in the boot, which is great for days out. I also love the storage in the front of the car, under the front seat is a secret compartment which is perfect to store ur maps and paperwork.
I would like to see more extras added to the fusion. The dash board is big enough for a satnav, also a better digital clock which would be lit up and big enough to see from any seat in the car.
There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
