I have never considered a Honda to be a luxurious car, but that is how this car feels. Sitting in it you are surrounded by a comfortable yet functional environment which has a real feel of quality about it.
The Automatic windscreen wipers are brilliant. Many either come on for the least spit of condensation and others don't seem to come on even in the heaviest deluge. These have the level of sensitivity set just right. The 6 CD changer is an excellent feature. I share the car with my husband so we can each load a couple of our own CDs and allow the kids to load a couple of theirs too. Perfect!
To be honest I am struggling to think of any suggested improvements. I have found the car very practical as well as comfortable and functional. Being a woman I guess I would say that a built in coffee maker and chocolate dispenser would be nice??!! Otherwise I have been very happy with the car as it is.

Great car with good performance and economy. Handles very well and rides great. Seats are comfortable and there is plenty of space inside. Easy to manoeuvre and handles very well. Steers very well for front wheel drive.
Trip computer, auto wipers and lights. Leather seats than tare are electric and heated and very comfortable. Great diesel with lots of torque. Good looking car. Hands Free. Camera for reversing and sensors front and rear.
Its pretty good now and updates would be to improve through new technologies. Improve visibility front and rear, though sensors work well.

Dont get carried away only by the looks; this Accord truly lives up to its expectations! The driving dynamics are superb and the engine is mated with one of the best six-speed gearboxes around. The dash board has floating dials similiar to that of a Mercedes and attention to detail must be appreciated.
Very well equiped with attention paid to every detail would make the owner of this car very proud! The engine is superb and the accurate steering makes driving fun and a pleasant experience.
Priced at around the £25000 mark, I must admit this isnt very good value for money. The small boot and its relatively odd shape is a big disadvantage. Besides the limited leg and frontroom also is a big downside. Packaging doesnt impress either and Audi should have made an extra effort with regards to this aspect!

An extremely stylish, comfortable and easy to drive car that I have had now for 6 years. I am sometimes tempted to get something else but cannot bear to trade this car in as it is so very reliable and great to drive. I can honestly say I have never had any problems with it at all and the automatic gearbox is a dream. It is a little juicy but not too bad on the whole. A great car all round and the best I have ever had.
Built in Sat Nav, CD player holding 6 CD's, automatic gearbox and heated front seats. I also like the sunroof as it opens fully or just partially as needed. The heating system is very good and can be adjusted by driver and passenger alike so need not be at the same temperature for each. The CD player and radio are very easy to use, and I also like the space for the cup if and when needed. The glove compartment is spacious and lockable and their are plenty of airbags should the car be involved in an accident. The seats are leather and very comfortable and easy to keep clean. The interior is very stylish looking and not plasticy at all unlike some cars. This is all in all a top of the range car and is not called executive for nothing. The dashboard is very clear and concise and everything is to hand. There is plenty of internal room in the car for even taller people and the seats are fully adjustable at the front. The rear seats fold to make the boot even larger than it is. The boot has plenty of room for luggage and all the shopping you could want to carry. The rear armrest is adjustable so if just two people are travelling in the back they can put the armrest down. There is also a lapbelt in the middle for a third person. The rear seats three adults very easily and you do not feel too cramped at all. I think the Sat Nav must be one of my favourite features as it is a wonderful thing to have and is built in so I do not have to remember to remove it when I leave the car. It is very clear and easy to use and not difficult to programme. Having a postcode is useful for finding an address and the person who speaks to you does so clearly and gives plenty of warning for turn offs, keeping left/right etc. Another favourite feature must be the parking sensors as they have been a real boon to me whilst parking in any Town. I think sensors are something that every car should have as they take away the guessing and ensure you do not hit the car behind. I do not know how I managed without them before in other cars and would always have them again.
Could really do with a windscreen wiper on the rear window as find not having one a bit of a pain at times.

I've had this car for five years now and it is very reliable. It's 10 years old now and still is as good as when I got it though after 5 years, it did need a new cam belt. The only other major expense on it was to get new lights fitted as the old ones had faded so would not pass the MOT. It's got about 120,000 miles on the clock.
It's quite fuel efficient for a 10 year old car - I get about 32 miles/gallon. The boot is very large and you can easily seat 4-5 adults. I often use the cruise control feature on the motorway - great for the average speed limit sections on the M25.
I'm not sure if there was an option for climate control as mine does not have it so the temperature needs constant adjusting as you only have a cold to hot dial and you can select the fan speed.

The new shape 2004 Honda Accord 2.4i Executive. I have driven the car for 18K miles now all in a year and a half, so I think I've experienced things that people would normally experience in 3 years or more lol!. I bought the car in mid 2008 for a very good price. I had the old style Honda before and took it as far as 192,000 miles. Reliable car all round. I fancied the newer shape. Same again reliable, quality japanese car. You cant go wrong with it. Running and service costs are average. I have the Accord 2.4 executive version with the full leather interior and the sat nav system. Highly recommended :o)
The space, the interior and exterior design of the car, the shape of the car, Sat Nav System and the Leather Seats, the music system and speakers :o)
More Torque required similar to the S Type or the Type R Civic. Heated Rear Seats. Otherwise it's fine the way it is.

This is a superb car for what you pay for it. It has the added burst of speed even at 70mph on the motorway. Has got me out of trouble on more than one occassion from other poor motorists. I do a lot of motorway miles and can't fault this car.
A robust car which I've had since new. Not had any real problems with it a very reliable car. The car offers a very smooth ride on the motorway.
Tyre wear seems very high and get through a large number of break pads. Could just be my style of driving.

This is a fanstatic car, comes loaded with features. I have had this car now for 3 years and it passing the MOT first time. I have only had to replace the brakes and tryes, I will buy a Honda again, it is great for the family we went to the seaside over summer and the automatic combined with the cruise control was great didn't get tried.
I like the inboard computer, and the heated seats work great over winter, you don't get a cold bum. I also like the cruise control where you can drive just on cruise, I put the the cruise on 30 around town, so I don't have to worry about speed cameras, all the controls are where I need them
I would like to see a diesel automatic 6 speed, I would change my car straight away. Also I would like to see a velvet finished dashboard and automatic tyre inflation as you get on the more expensive cars.

Extremely reliable, lush interior, electrics particularly good. Good handling, reasonable insurance costs. High servicing costs at main dealers, so consider an independent garage. Best to buy high quality tyres, e.g. Michelin.
Cruise control, seat heating, electric mirrors. Metallic colours are also very nice, though bear in mind that they're very hard to repaint if scuffed!
Brake discs corrode easily, particularly the rear. Also plastic protector to undercarriage loosens easily.

Great car with a very responsive VTEC Engine. Wonderful double wishbone suspension helps with great ride. Superb handling. Smooth ride with very little engine noise. Great Japanese build quality. Car interior has a classy, high quality finish and high grade components. Very economical figures.
Responsive VTEC engine, great ride, superb torgue and driveability. Superb reputation for reliability. Easy to find instruments on the dash board as everything is clearly labelled. Good for limited depreciation. Less thirsty than its predecessor. Good side impact protection.
Larger boot required to carry larger items. The shape is odd and is not good for accommodating unorthodox objects. Less sporty than predecessor and too much body rolls, especially on corners.
There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
