1.The salesman at F Cross KIA was excellent supportive, down to earth spoke clearly and concisely with no pretence 2. The delivery date: It arrived two weeks prior to date promised 3. Finish, the flip within the metalic finish is extremely concise, the vehicle still looks vibrant even under street lighting. Doors and trim - excellent attention to fit and detail 4. Noise level, good quite low 5. Embelishments: such as bluetooth and acceptance of Ipod or memory stick - all work very well, selection of tracks is very easy but can be distracting as the screen on which you view this is a little on the small side 6. Head room and space; I am over 6 feet tall and disabled, I fit in well with no hitting my head or cramp in the legs 7. Seating is excellent in that position, height and lumber support give a comfortable ride with no sign of fatigue, when I am on medication I sometimes need to ride in the back, my legs are more than adequately accommodated 8. All around vision very good, the tinted glass really gives a comforting environment for the eyes and gives the appearance of being cool 9. Engine torque and traction with flexibility 10. Economy is not quite as good as I expected, but the engine needs more running in, it will hopefully improve after about 2000 miles, the most noticeable will I hope be after the first oil change and service 11. Gear box is surprisingly slick and smooth, it feels as though it has done many more miles, box and cluster changing up and down through the gate are done with great ease 12. Disadvantages are few, namely two, firstly there are no protective carpets as standard in any of the cabin compartments and secondly the power outlet connections for cigarette lighter and simple power socket are rather cramped at the bottom of the centre console 13. Steering, being that it is powered by electric motors as opposed to hydraulic rams means that the wheel is almost fly by wire, a bit overly positive and twitchy, this aspect needs getting used to, once happens, the steering becomes an absolute joy and a tireless execrise especially on a long motorway haul. 14. Overall opinion an extremely well thought out design for what will unequivocally become accepted as a really comfortable and useful family work horse with a memorable degree of style tottering on 5 stars.
The sleekness of the exterior design, the way the interior space has so efficiently been used and the design of the seating to maximise leg room.
Raise the front console and power sockets a little higher to increase access to them thus allowing easier insertion and removal of the plugs being used additionally increase the size of the data display screen. Fit protective carpets into each of the cabin compartments and perhaps consider an auto dimming rear view mirror as standard equipment.

The car looks fantastic with body coloured wing mirrors and bumpers. The black framed headlights and the redesigned grill look superb, the silver roof bars and the 17" alloys blend together with whatever colour from the range you choose, I choose black and its simply stunning. I am disabled and needed a very comfortable car, with space enough for my kids and my wheelchair and the cee'd delivers it all! At 6.2" I am able in the passenger seat to stretch my legs out fully while still having enough room for an adult behind me in comfort, the adjustible lumbar support is terrific as well. The interior is functional but elegant with a well designed dashboard that even suggests what gear you should be in! It also lets you know which of the kids have not put on their seatbelt, or even which door is open at the moment. The glovebox can be used as a chiller in the summer and you have masses of internal storage space with fantastic hideaway cubbyholes.
My favourite feature of the cee'd is the Intelligent Stop and Go (ISG) which means that at traffic lights for example, simply put the gears into neutral, take your foot of the clutch and your engine cuts out automatically, saving fuel until you need to move again, then when you do, putting your foot onto the clutch and putting the gear into first restarts the engine!
I simply cannot find any major improvements for the Cee'd SW, making the bluetooth connection to the car could be a little easier laid out for us oldies but I got their in the end and its been a godsend with even being able to play my music playlists from my mobile sd well as make and recieve calls safely.
