Review

This car is a really nice car. Very comfortable to drive. The steering wheel is thick so its quite easy to handle it. The fuel economy is good. Interior quality is fine. Not much of extra features are there, it just has every basic thing that you need from a car.

Favourite Features

The leg room space is good. Very easy to handle the car. Engine is quite powerful which makes it easy to drive on long runs.

Suggested Improvements

The interior quality could be better. The plastic sometimes looks cheap. Otherwise not much of problems are there.

Review

My 2000 Volkswagen handles very well. The steering wheel is thick and easy to hold. The seat is supportive and comfortable. I can drive for a long time without stress. The 1.6 engines has just the right power for passing. The enterior is roomy and visibility is good.

Favourite Features

The comfortable drive and ease of handling and power makes it a great long distance driving vehicle.

Suggested Improvements

Some how the floor of the front passenger floor gets wet. I think it's associated to rain somehow. I went on a website and found many volkswagen owners have had the same problem. Overall, the problem has not been resolved fot most of them.

Bora

Review

I purchased my Volkswagon Bora/Jetta one year ago and love it. It just the right size for me to handle well. I can reverse into parking slots easiy. It is a 1.6 engine and moves fast enough to safely pass in traffic. It looks good inside and out. Not pretensious looking, but substantial.

Favourite Features

The shape is what drew me to seek out a Bora/Jetta. It is a small car with a bigger car look. It was put on the Golf chassis yet has the styling of the Passat. So the outward appearance is the best feature for me. The second is the way it handles and lastly is the comfort of the seat.

Suggested Improvements

There is little I can fault the Bora/Jetta on. If it lacked anything I would consider buying the Passat to have it. One thing I would like is a rear window wiper.

VW JETTA COMFORT

Review

The suspension on this car isn’t too great; at times it can be very bumpy. The rear axle bushes and anti roll bar may need changing in this cars life span. On the motorway this car is very smooth with the turbo kicking in but I do feel the sports suspension does not kept do the job.

Favourite Features

The Jetta has more features than an standard Golf which is a bonus, the colour screen dash gives very clear information about the mpg and speed exactly doing at the moment.

Suggested Improvements

The interior design can be improved as it looks very plastic, so doesn’t seem like the dash looks of quality build. The cup holders can be smaller to hold cups more firm.

Car Leasing vs Buying

Car Leasing Video DemoThere are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
