4dr 2.0 Tdi 110 Cr R Line
This car is the best car I have owned and I can tell you that I have owned quite a few. The car is on an 04 plate and bought used in 2007. It has been reliable, comfortable and with quick acceleration I feel safe knowing I can pull away quickly if need be. We had a volvo estate before this as we camp a lot but the boot space is fantastic and we have had no problems with our camping equipment fitting in. The seats are leather and the space in the car and comfort are fabulous. The drive is comfortable and quiet. It is all singing and all dancing. We love it.
The acceleration and speed. Space inside the car and boot space is huge compared to a lot of other saloons. Seat warmers, bleeping noises that tell you when diesel, service, water etc are needed and when doors and boot are open. Air-conditioning and climate control. Radio and CD player.
There is nothing I would change on this car. It has been a very reliable car, comfortable and a dream to drive.

This car is a good solid car for the whole family. It is [perfect for family and also for business use. It has a good space for both golf clubs and the family shopping. Inside the interior is practical and comfortable for long journeys. The fuel economy is good on longer journeys, a little greedy just around the town. Average maintenance costs for a car of it's size are affordable.
My favourite features on this car are the road stability and the comfort. The built in sound system is more than adequate. The car boot space is ideal as I play golf and wife does enjoy her shopping so we never have to load the back seats!
The improvements I would suggest would be to have a bit more storage space in the back for children's toys etc.. I would also suggest a larger glove box in the car and possibly climate control separate for the front and the rear of the car.

This car - everyone should have it. Since I have had it, never looked back, and had not single problem with it. Wish I had bought this model last time round. Great all round.
Giving me information of fuel usage and how many miles still to go before refulling it. Heating system is great and adjustable to your need.
If there was satnav built in, then this car would be complete. Great for everyone who loves driving a respectable car.

This is the most luxurious car I have ever owned and so smooth to drive. I noticed such a difference from the Renault Megane I previously owned. It is rather hard on the diesel but I believe that this is surpassed by the quality of the drive the car gives you.it Is spacious in both the front and back and the boot is deceptively large and I can fit masses more in than I thought I would be able to. I have a metallic navy colour and this is easy to keep clean also.
The smooth drive it gives me, the computer system is top of the range, comfy seats (in a lovely material), extremely roomy in both the front and back areas of the car, very spacious boot with plenty of room for a family's belongings (suitcases, camping, etc.). Loads of space in the inside door pockets and glove compartment, beautifully finished dashboard and the lighting is magnificent at night.
If possible I would love it if there was some way that the soft interiors e.g. seat covers and the hard, smooth interiors e.g. door handles, dashboard, etc. could be made somewhat dust and dirt repellent. This is the only problem I have with the car and I know it sounds so petty.

VW's have always been a passion of mine and none more than the Passat. Beautifully made and also reliable, its a breath of fresh air in these times where cars are breaking down left, right and centre. A must buy in my opinion.
I love everything about the car if im honest. An all round fantastic car for business or for the family. No complaints here!
Give them out for free!! Only joking, as far as I'm concerned you can't improve on motoring perfection. And no, I dont work for VW!!

The Volkswagen Passat is a well behaved and well built car with lots of room and perceived quality. Improved engine less polluting. It is a family car with lots for room. It is a mix of estate and saloon model. Very attractive car.
It is a large family car and upmarket models. The leather interiors are very good. Very comfortable and best part is they are heated seats.
It would be great to have a MP3 player plug in option standard. Bought from new it could be pricey.

I have a VW Passat Hi-line 54 plate, what a brilliant car it is Diesel 1.8.130 horsepower!. It has more horsepower in it than the new Passats, really dont want to trade it in as it has so much power in it.
- 130 Horsepower
- Heated seats
- Lights on wing mirrors
- Parking sensors on rear, didn't really want this but it's quite handy
- Radio controls on steering
- Compartment near clutch pedal fit properly so it doesn't pop out!
- Rear wiper
- Heated windows

I love this car. I driven VW's for years including the golf and the old type passat, this model has it all for the business person it's roomy enough to be your office on wheels with the built in blue tooth connection for your phone a bonus. It is also the ideal family car with 3 full rear seatbelts. Also the 9v adaptor in the back makes it easy to connect a portable dvd or games console for those long trips. Great sized boot which also means you can unlock the back seats and make the space even bigger if required. Fuel wise great on long trips mpg has been upto 55 on a 2 hour journey. Alround a great car at a great price.
My favourite features are the cruise control, the leather interior, the electric front seats. The Ipod connector is also a great little extra so you can play your ipod or Mp3 player straight into the car. The auto stop function is excellent basically you dont need to push the handbreak button as when you stop it automatically comes on.
Hard drive on the music system so you can upload music directly via usb socket. Making the passenger seat electric as well. Another 9 volt adaptor socket in the front.

I have had my Passat for 5 years now and every day its a pleasure to drive so smooth, comfortable and quite quick, it has never let me down. I would recommend this car to anyone wanting a smooth but yet really quick car.
My favourite features are of course the tiptronic gearbox, the leather interior, cruise control and the air conditioning.
None that I can think of although this is my first car and I am not very educated when it comes to cars, but still a great car.

This is the 2nd Passat I have owned, a 98 plate and my new 54 plate and love them! They drive great and feel really safe for a family car. Drives and handles well on roads. Lots of room in back for both car seats.
Large boot perfect for buggy and shopping etc to go in, 3rd person can fit in back between both car seats with enough room.
I am unable to think of any at the moment as I have just got the new 54 plate and so far like everything about it.
