Chevrolet is a brand of automobiles first founded by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant in 1911. In 1917, Chevrolet was acquired by General Motors and was positioned to sell a lineup of mainstream vehicles to directly compete against Henry Ford's Model T in the 1920s. Chevrolet still continues to hold its position as General Motors' highest-selling brand to the present day, with "Chevrolet" or "Chevy" being at times synonymous with GM.
Chevrolet Europe is a Swiss-based firm which mainly sells cars produced by GM Daewoo. The UK Chevrolet lineup includes the Matiz, Spark, Lacetti, Aveo, Epica, Cruze and Captiva. The Chevrolet Matiz is five-door city car offering two nippy engines with reduced CO2 emissions. The Lacetti is a hatchback and station wagon offering excellent passenger comfort with space and versatility. The Chevrolet Aveo is a premium supermini boasting easy-access rear seats and 60/40 split folding rear seats. The Epica is a mid-size car offering innovative engine options, distinctive styling, generous equipment and dynamic performance. The Chevrolet Cruze is a compact sedan offering a choice of 1.6, 1.8 litre petrol or 2.0 litre diesel engines. The Captiva is a crossover SUV offering an optional active all-wheel drive system. The all-new Spark is Chevrolet’s latest model and is one of the most space-efficient cars in the mini segment.
The Chevrolet brand is currently undergoing a product restructuring in North America along with all other GM brands in order to fit into the parent company's turnaround efforts and to rebuild GM. General Motors has also recently been in development to make more fuel efficient Chevrolet branded vehicles in order to compete with companies like Toyota and Honda.
In 2011 General Motors will introduce two more fuel efficient models including a plug-in hybrid 2011 Chevrolet Volt and a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze. Chevrolet is also releasing a second generation Aveo which is due to be released in summer 2010.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
