Fiat Panda

The second generation Fiat Panda was launched in 2003 and has firmly established itself as popular model in the city car category. The high-bodied Panda takes clear styling cues from mini MPVs and mini SUVs and prides itself on being ‘compact on the outside but larger than life on the inside’.

The new Fiat Panda combines family life with city life. Its five doors and high seats means it can seat four adults comfortable and easily, whilst its compact design and unique styling means it can fit into the smallest car parking spaces. Inside, hit the ‘City’ button and the Panda will take the weight out of navigating those windy streets and parking in tight spots. The Panda also has the lowest emissions in its class.

There are three engine options to choose from in the new Fiat Panda including the 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 litre engines. The award winning 1.3 Multijet engine achieves an impressive 65.7mpg which means you can travel from Edinburgh to Dover on less than an tank. Opt for the Dualogic system and you can change gears without a clutch pedal. Just flick the gear lever forwards or backwards and the car does the hard work for you

Trim levels include Active, Dynamic and Eleganza. The Active trim includes black self-coloured bumpers and front electric windows, central door locking, driver's airbag and power steering. The Dynamic edition features ABS, dual airbags, roof bars, power steering and CD player. The Eleganza edition is the highest trim level and features a standard MP3-compatible CD player, alloy wheels and automated climate control.

The Fiat Panda 100hp edition is a new sporting addition to the Panda family. It uses the 1.4-litre 16-valve FIRE engine tuned to develop 100 bhp (75 kW) through a six-speed manual transmission. It comes in black, white, red, metallic blue and metallic gray while a special sub-version with red disc brakes, silver stripes and wing mirrors is available as optional.

The Fiat Panda won the ‘European Car of the Year’ award in 2004 and on the road prices for the new Fiat Panda start from £7,095.

Car Leasing vs Buying

Car Leasing Video DemoThere are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
