The CX-7 is Mazda's entry into the medium sized 4x4 market and was released in 2007. The CX-7 has been designed to be sporty and as such features a sport coupe like exterior and active four wheel drive system which gives it impressive grip on twisty roads. The handling is not like that of other off-road vehicles, its well designed chassis ensures minimum body roll and sharp handling. Inside there is a flexible five-seater arrangement and large, practical centre storage unit along with an expansive equipment list.
There is only one engine option available, the 2.3 litre DISI Turbo engine as found in the rapid MPS models which helps the CX-7 compete with its sporty rivals; the Nissan Murano, Ford Kuga and Subaru Tribeca. The CX-7 is fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox.
There is only one model of CX-7 available, it comes extremely well equipped with features that include leather seats, 18 inch alloy wheels, climate control air conditioning, cruise control, auto levelling xenon headlights and much more.
