The MINI Clubman is an estate version of the fabulous new mini. Extending the standard car’s chassis by 9.5“ has given this cute car increased legroom and a proper boot space. Many of the components used in its construction are common with the familiar MINI coupe, its major visible changes are the additional 'Club' door on the right hand side of the car for easier entry to the rear seating and double doors at the rear, just like the old Mini Traveller. These doors are unique in the way they open over the rear lights providing maximum loading area. Its closest rivals are the Vauxhall Meriva VXR, Peugeot 207SW and the Mercedes Benz A-Class.
Three versions of the car are available, the Cooper, Cooper S and D and all come with either the six speed manual or automatic transmission. Engine options all have the same capacity at 1.6 litre but vary significantly with 2 petrol and 1 diesel available. The 120BHP base level petrol engine found in the Cooper offers 51.4 MPG, whilst with the addition of a supercharger in the Cooper S the power increases to 175 BHP but can still achieve over 42 MPG. The diesel is extremely frugal but still provides 110 BHP and with 68 MPG and only 109 g/km one can expect very low running costs. All Clubman models are equipped with BMW EfficientDymanics fuel-saving technology. This includes a start-stop feature shutting off the engine when the car is stationary. When the accelerator pedal is depressed the engine is restarted with electricity generated from Brake Energy Regeneration.
There are many ways to customise your MINI Clubman with a mix and match of 10 body colours, 2 colours of bonnet stripes and 3 choices of roof colour as well as options on 15,16 or 17” alloy wheels. The options list for the Clubman range is vast and as well as the options on individual items, there is the Chilli package which is available on all models and the Pepper pack for the Clubman and D Clubman.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
