To celebrate the restart of production at its factory in Swindon, Honda is taking a four-figure sum off the price of selected Civic models this summer.
There are savings of £1200 on the 1.4 Type S, £1000 on the five-door SE manual with 1.4 or 1.8-litre engines and £2000 off the Type R GT, which now costs £17,980.
There's also £1000 off the 1.8 SE five-door (now available from £14,985). The offer does not apply to anyone buying a Civic through the Government's scrappage scheme, which itself means a price reduction of £2000.
As well as the discounts, Honda is offering the Civic with 0% APR finance deals, or a 5.9% APR deal with a 10% deposit.
Contract Hire rates available on other models include the Insight from £249 a month, the Accord 2.2 EX diesel saloon at £317 a month, and the six-seat FR-V from £293 a month.
