Chevrolet Legends Competition – Terms and Conditions

Below are the rules that apply to all competitions, offers, prize draws, surveys and questionnaires that appear on the Car Press site (all of which are referred to as 'competitions' below). In addition to these rules there may be special terms & conditions which are relevant to individual competitions, this will appear as a link on the relevant competition.

• "Car Press Competitions" competitions are open to UK residents over the age of 16.  Only one entry per household.
• All e-mails sent to donna@carpress.co.uk with Chevy CD Competition in the subject line will be entered into the prize draw. Participants also must state their name and region in the e-mail.
• No warranty as to the quality or suitability of any prize is offered.
• The competition ends on 12/02/10 at 12 noon. Entries sent after this time will not be counted. 
• The Chevrolet Legends CD cannot be redeemed for cash and has not intrinsic value.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of each draw unless otherwise stated. If you have not claimed the prize within this time your prize will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another competition.
• Competition winners are selected randomly by computer within 7 working days of the competition close date, unless specified otherwise in the individual survey.
• Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
• It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address held by Car Press are valid and correct.
• Prizes can only be dispatched once we have confirmed that you have received our notification that you are the winner. If you are a winner you will be asked to confirm your postal address.
• Winners may be included in publicity material, and by entering into a competition you agree to this. The names of all winners will be featured on the Car Press website and on the Car Press Facebook and Twitter fan pages.
• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability an alternative prize of similar value and specification will be substituted.
• Prizes images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer. Offers are not necessarily exclusive to Car Press and may also be available through other sites.
• By participating in the competition and submitting information, respondents are agreeing to receive marketing offers from Car Press.
• Participants can unregister themselves at anytime by e-mailing donna@carpress.co.uk and asking to be removed from the mailing list.
• Please refer to our privacy policy for more information about our service and for any queries relating to how we use your personal data.
• All decisions of Car Press are final in relation to any result, dispute, prize or competition. Car Press reserves the right at any time to remove any entry from a competition, suspend the competition entirely or limit the number of entries.
• The above terms and conditions are also in conjunction with the Car Press Site Visitor Agreement.
