Since the birth of Rock 'n' Roll, more than 600 songwriters have used the word "Chevrolet" to paint a picture in their lyrics. From 50s rockabilly to 70s power ballads, classic country to urban hip hop, Chevrolet has become a vital part of music and the changing culture reflected within it.
To celebrate this, Chevrolet Europe has released a series of limited edition CDs, presenting the very best of music portraying this iconic brand. On the CD is some of the best-loved driving songs of all time, all of which include a reference to a Chevy, including Don McLean's immortal tune “American Pie”.
