Used Car Buyers Trust Online Sellers

Used Car Buyers Trust Online Sellers

People across the country are choosing to buy just over the web and not view a used car first.

A UK online car retailer has found that nearly a third of used car buyers have cars delivered and don’t travel to see beforehand.

“Used car buyers are becoming more comfortable shopping online,” said Autoquake.com CEO, Garry Hobson.

Sell your used car for free. With the amount of data online buyers can be confident that they have got what they want before they hand over the cash. With websites like carpress.co.uk who let users sell their used cars for free.

The average price of cars delivered from Autoquake over the past six months is £7,349, but one buyer paid £24,185 for a BMW 320i Convertible. Research showed that people in East Anglia were the keenest to buy without seeing it first with 45% of buyers opting for this method.

As a resident of Norwich this is probably because the rest of the world is just too far away and the people of Norfolk don’t tend to stray outside the county.

Car Leasing vs Buying

Car Leasing Video DemoThere are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
