BMW has released the first official photos of the new facelifted BMW X5. Improvements include subtle styling changes and an entirely new range of engines.
The exterior of the new off-roader has been revised to include new bumpers, front and rear light clusters and enlarged tailpipes. A new range of engines has also been introduced to the BMW X5 line-up.
The entry-level xDrive30d has been upgraded to produce 241bhp - 10bhp more than before - while returning 38.2mpg and only 195g/km of CO2. The xDrive40d boasts an engine first seen on the 7-Series producing 302bhp and 600Nm of torque and rocketing from 0-60mph in just 6.6 seconds. For those who want to go even faster, the xDrive48i has been replaced by the 402bhp twin-turbo V8 xDrive50i.
Prices for the new, revised X5 will start from £43,980 for the 30d SE, rising to £58,175 for the 50i M Sport. The new X5 will hit UK showrooms in June.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
