Normally when a manufacturer wraps up a new model in camouflage, it’s to hide its design from prying competitor’s eyes… but not this time.
To promote the launch of the all-new Range Rover Evoque, Land Rover has kitted out the new compact model in ten funky camouflage wraps, making sure the Evoque is unmissable – just incase you’ve been in hiding the past few months.
While the designs may look like scribbled nonsense, the camouflage wraps are actually GPS mapping trails of ten worldwide cities, each saying a special ‘Hello’ to the city. The Evoque will make special appearances in London, New York, Sao Paulo, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Berlin, Sydney, Shanghai and Moscow as part of the promotional tour.
The new camouflage wraps also coincide with the final testing stages of the new Evoque model which will see the new compact SUV cover millions of miles in extreme endurance conditions.
“The development stage is crucial in the year leading up to launching the car,” said Murray Dietsch, director of Land Rover programmes. “No stone is left unturned; we have a team of experienced and skilled engineers who will work to a tight schedule to ensure we have a top quality vehicle to offer our customers.”
The new Range Rover Evoque is the smallest, lightest and most fuel-efficient Land Rover model available and will be sold in 160 markets around the world.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
