Suzuki has released new photos of its all-new Swift which goes on sale in the UK in autumn.
The new generation Swift boasts improved safety, performance and handling, along with improved fuel consumption and low CO2 emissions of just 116 g/km - making it one of the cleanest petrol superminis on the market.
The latest images show off the Swift’s striking new exterior design including a lighter and stiffer body, large wheels and low profile tyres. A number of interior photos have also been released, showing off the Swift’s new interior design for the first time.
The 2011 Suzuki Swift has grown in length (+90mm) with a 50mm increase in wheelbase and a slight increase in height of 10mm. Improvements have been made to the fuel consumption with figures 56.5mpg on a combined cycle, offering an extra 7.8mpg over the previous 1.3-litre unit.
Under the bonnet, the new Swift benefits from a new 1.2-litre petrol engine with Dual VVT, producing 94PS at 6,000rpm and torque at 118Nm. A new 1.3-litre diesel engine is also planned for UK in early 2011, boasting an impressive combined fuel consumption of 67.3mpg and emitting 109g/km of CO2.
Further details and pricing for the new 2011 Suzuki Swift are expected later in the summer.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
