Audi give us a sneak at the latest Q7 SUV which features its 3.0 TDI diesel V6
Available in superb 4.2 TDI, 6.0 TDI and the 4.2 FSI and 3.6 FSI direct-injection petrol engines these all provide economic, low carbon performance.
All the engines get the new energy recovery systems which recapture heat energy and stores it in the battery.
The fantastic strides Audi are making with their diesel engine technology means that this emits virtually no nitrous oxide thanks to its AdBlue catalyst. The new Euro 6 emissions standards due for 2014 are already met by this engine which outputs 233 bhp.
The new 3.0 TDI returns 31.7mpg, the 4.2 TDI (now 340bhp) gives 28.5mpg and the 500bhp 6.0 V12 TDI 25mpg, whilst the petrol 3.6 FSI does 23.3mpg and the 4.2 FSI 22.2mpg.
The exterior styling takes only a subtle change from the previous model, just enough to keep it up-to-date. These changes include a redesigned front grille, bright LED lights and in some models massive 19” alloy wheels.
Inside the car is modified with instrument changes, interior lighting, and new connectivity options such as Bluetooth phone kit, the latest hard-drive sat nav/music/phone system,
Prices for the revised line-up start from £38,575 (3.0 TDI Standard, without AdBlue catalyst) with the range-topping 6.0 V12 TDI at an eye-watering £94,850. UK deliveries begin in June.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
