Ford Motor Company has released the first official pictures of the new 2011 Ford Mondeo.
The new Mondeo model will make its debut at the Moscow International Motor Show on August 25th boasting a fresh look and new engine range.
The MY11 Ford Mondeo features a fresh, new exterior style including new front LED daytime running lights and re-designed rear lights. The interior has also been upgraded to offer greater comfort and facilities for driver and passengers.
Under the bonnet, the 2011 Ford Mondeo offers a wide range of new high efficiency Ford EcoBoost petrol and TDCi diesel engines including a new 240PS Ford EcoBoost turbo petrol engine, debuting in the new model. A host of new driver comfort and convenience features will also feature in the new Mondeo, many of which are appearing for the first time in a Ford model.
Following in the track marks for the Ford Galaxy and Ford S-MAX earlier this year, the new Mondeo will receive Lane Departure Warning Driver Alert and Auto High Beam system. New technology such as Blind Spot Information System, Speed Limiter and Rear View Camera system will also be introduced to the Mondeo range.
John Fleming, Ford of Europe Chairman and CEO said "This is the smartest, safest, most environmentally friendly and best quality Mondeo we have ever launched and it completes the regeneration of our CD segment range in 2010".
The new 2011 Ford Mondeo is expected to arrive in UK dealerships in October. Further details and full pricing will be announced this summer.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
