After the Christmas period almost all of us have made a resolution to save more, drink less and start thinking about the future… the Volkswagen Eos is no exception.
The new Eos is latest vehicle in Volkswagen’s line-up to feature the pioneering BlueMotion technology, including the all-new petrol-engined model. Available from 8th January, the highly efficient 1.4 litre TSI 122 PS BlueMotion Technology Eos model can be ordered in both S and SE trims, for £20,695 and £21,795 RRP on the road respectively.
Volkswagen’s BlueMotion technology features regenerative braking, start/stop with hill hold systems and a visual gear change all as standard - all helping optimise fuel consumption, resulting in a combined figure of 45.6 mpg. For the first time, this pioneering technology is now also available fitted to a petrol engine giving consumers more choice and making Volkswagen’s range more fuel efficient than ever.
The Eos BlueMotion Technology model offers customers a new entry-level 1.4 litre TSI engine that produces 122 PS and 147 Ibs ft of torque when fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox. The BlueMotion Technology models also boast improved carbon dioxide emissions from 152 g/km to 144 g/km making the entry-level models of Volkswagen’s four-seat convertible coupe into VED band F, saving drivers a further £25 a year.
As with all models in the Eos range, equipment levels on both BlueMotion Technology trim levels include ESP, twin, front and side impact airbags, climatic air conditioning, fog lights, 16’’ alloy wheels and electric windows. The SE BlueMotion Technology trim includes 17’’ alloy wheels, leather steering wheel, front sport seats, parking sensors and automatic headlights.
Prices for the new Volkswagen Eos with BlueMotion Technology start from £20,695

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
