Volkswagen have recently expanded the Eos convertible coupe range to include a new, cheaper entry-level model. With worldwide sales falling across the market ranges the convertibles struggle at this time of the year due to poor weather. To entice more people into the benefits of a convertible VW are creating this new range, which offers great value.
They have introduced the new S trim to the range and in turn shunted the old entry level model upwards and re-badged it as an SE. For added differentiation and value this new SE trim will also come with new equipment additions.
Despite reductions in OTR price the specifications will remain very similar to what the previous model had. It will stil output 122 PS and have a 1.4 TSI engine that only emits 154 g/km CO2. It also features a six speed gearbox, ABS, ESP, climate control and semi automatic air con, 16" alloy wheels, electric roof plus much, much more.
The next step up, the SE model, now gets a multifunction computer, rear parking sensors, 17" alloys and a VW Eos luxury pack. These features are worthy of a re-badging and represent great value for the customer. It is expected that with these added models the Eos can build on its current popularity after selling over 12,800 models since its launch two years ago.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
