French manufacturer Renault has revealed the new, redesigned Megane Coupe Cabriolet (CC).
The four-seat drop-top is the sixth generation Megane CC and boasts a large, folding, electro-hydraulic, two-piece, glass roof and a new fixed glass wind deflector behind the rear head restraints.
The new model has a smoother drive thanks to a stiffer chassis and a new electric power steering system. A wide range of petrol and diesel engines will also be available with the option of Renault’s new automatic EDC (Efficient Dual Clutch) or CVT transmissions.
The new Megane CC will be manufactured alongside the Megane-derived Scénic and Grand Scénic at Renault's Douai plant in France, which built the previous generation.
The announcement comes a week after Renault revealed details of their all-new two-seat coupe cabriolet, named the Wind, which is due to be assembled in Slovenia.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
