The stylish Peugeot 5008 a compact MPV first unveiled by French automaker Peugeot in June 2009. The 5008 is Peugeot’s first entry into the compact MPV market and is already an award winner, boasting the WhatCar ‘MPV of the Year’ award in 2010.
The all-new Peugeot 5008 offers a completely new take on the classic compact MPV. A spacious interior guarantees comfort for both driver and passengers, whilst the streamlined exterior promises a smooth drive and faultless road-holding. The 5008 is also extremely versatile, offering both five and seven seat variants with easily adaptable seating and storage configurations. For extra space, the middle and back seats in the 5008 can also fold flat to the floor.
The 5008 offers six high performance engine options. Four diesel engines are available including the HDi 110 FAP 6-speed, HDi 110 FAP EGC, HDi 150 FAP and the HDi 163 FAP Auto. Two petrol engines are available including the 1.6 VTi 120 and the 1.6 THP 156. All engines offer impressive fuel economy and extremely respectable CO2 figures.
Trim levels include the Active, Sport and Exclusive. The Active trim includes 16'' wheels with Energy Saver Tyres, 7 Seats, Multiflex interior, Automatic Electric Parking Brake with Hill Assist, E.S.P. (Electronic Stability Programme) and air conditioning. The Sport trim includes Aluminium Pack, 16'' alloy wheels with Energy Saver Tyres, front fog lights, cruise control with speed limiter and Family Storage Pack. The top-of-the-range Exclusive trim includes 17'' alloy wheels, Visibility Pack, Rear Vision Pack, Peugeot Connect USB and Bluetooth, Thatcham approved alarm and Bi-zone Climate Control.
