The Vauxhall company was founded in 1857 building pumps and marine engines. They built their first car in 1903. American car giant General Motors bought Vauxhall in 1925 meaning that many of their vehicles share designs and technology from companies like Opel, Holden and GM. Since the 1980's Vauxhall has been at, or near the top of the best-selling car manufacturers in Britain with its Zafira being one of the most popular MPVs and the first MPV to be in the top 10 most popular cars. Since the success of the Zafira, Vauxhall have introduced other small and mini-MPV's to its range in the forms of the Meriva and Agila.
Vauxhall's Astra, Corsa and Vectra have also proved to be extremely popular over the past 15 years with the latest models being some of the most stylish in their price brackets. The Astra range of medium-sized hatchbacks has several models, the spacious Astra Estate, the Astra Sport and the new Astra Twintop convertible with a powered fold-away hardtop. In 2004 Vauxhall relaunched the Tigra as a small coupe convertible which also features a retractable hardtop.
New for 2008 is the Insignia, a large family 5 door hatchback which has won European Car of the Year 2008. Vauxhall have also branched into the medium-sized SUV / 4x4 market with the new Antara.
The Carpress range of Vauxhall's includes all the models mentioned above in a huge variety of trim levels and engine options at discount prices. We can also offer the cheapest price on the brand new Insignia and best-selling Astra.

There are many practical reasons to leasing a car rather than buying one. Car leasing offers lower monthly payments, lower initial deposit, road tax and breakdown recovery. You also have the opportunity to drive a new car every two or three years and all vehicles include the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Our leasing deals are powered by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.
