The Agila is Vauxhall's smallest vehicle currently produced and was launched in 2000 and based on the Suzuki Wagon R. The completely redesigned stylish second generation model was released in 2008. The Agila stands out compared with other city cars like the Ford Ka, Volkswagen Fox and Renault Twingo as instead of 3 doors, it comes with 5. Despite its small size, the Agila can comfortably seat five, and offers an excellent amount of load space thanks to fold flat seats, flexible luggage space and smart storage solutions.
Engine options are the three-cylinder 1.0i litre and four cylinder 1.2i litre petrol units and the four cylinder 1.3CDTi common rail diesel capable of over 60 MPG. There are two gearbox options, the four-speed automatic and five-speed manual. Trim levels start with the Expression, moving up to the Club with optional air-conditioning and the top level Design model with 15 inch alloy wheels and A/C as standard.
